Review Before Saving Workflow- Cloud

As of October 2025, POPal uses a “Review before saving” based on the settings.

How It Works

• After generating, a results window appears:

  • Review each generated item.

  • Edit titles, descriptions, acceptance criteria, or test steps. (Click Save or check mark to update)

  • Delete items you don’t want.

  • Regenerate content with new prompts if needed.

• Nothing is saved to Jira until you confirm by clicking “Perfect, I will use this” .

• Cancel to discard all generated content.

• Benefit: Ensures only high-quality, relevant items are saved to Jira—giving you more control and confidence.
