Use Cases
Use Case 1: Backlog Refinement Session Preparation
Preparing user stories before backlog refinement sessions can be challenging. With our tool, POPal, you can easily generate user stories from Epics/Features. Additionally, you can structure user stories with the correct format and include acceptance criteria directly within the user story.
Use Case 2: PI Planning Session Support
One of the most time-consuming tasks of PI planning is creating user stories from selected features. However, POPal can significantly help by generating stories within minutes. This allows the team to focus on the actual PI planning rather than spending time on manual story creation.
Use Case 3: Functional Testing Preparation
In addition to creating user stories, POPal also generates test cases. This feature proves to be immensely helpful for testers as they can validate test scenarios with developers before initiating the testing process. Additionally, apart from manual test cases, it generates outlines for Test Automation Scripts that you can leverage instead of creating them from scratch. This ensures a smoother and more efficient testing.
